Architectural Visualization Specialist

The Architectural Visualization Specialist will work closely with our Architectural Design, Interior Design and Marketing departments to assist with planning, designing and visualization of numerous projects across the office. This role will focus on highly detailed renderings to ensure that all ideas are represented accurately and align with Workshop/APD standards. We are looking for an architectural renderer who has strong problem solving and creative thinking skills.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret and translate architectural drawings, 3D models, sketches, and diagrams into compelling visuals.
- Produce photo-realistic and stylistic renderings of both interior and exterior scenes.
- Assist in the development of project presentations through all phases of design.
- Collaborate with teams to create client facing VR and AR environments.
- Present and explain visualization concepts to internal design teams
- Review deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Research and integrate emerging visualization tools, workflows, and technologies
Qualifications:
- 2-4 Years experience in advanced rendering techniques
- Bachelors design strongly preferred.
- Expert level proficiency in 3Ds Max, Vray, Vantage, Forest Pack, Rail Clone, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Highly proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and other video production software strongly preferred. Adobe Substance Collection
- Knowledge of virtual reality environment (Meta Quest hardware, Unreal Engine) and other workflows strongly preferred.
- Experience with managing workflows and collaborating in a team environment with attention to detail
Experience with luxury residential or high-end architectural projects a plus
