We are looking for a Product Manager – Benefits who will play a key role in shaping and driving our product strategy within the Health, Retirement, and Insurance space. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, customer empathy, and technical acumen to deliver products that create measurable impact for our customers and the business. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and is passionate about building solutions that solve real-world problems.

This is a full-time, office-based role requiring presence 5 days a week to foster close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Strategic Product Development:
    • Clearly articulates the value proposition of their products
    • Demonstrated expertise in identifying and validating Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)
    • Able to quantify the impact of their most successful work across key metrics such as revenue, customer acquisition, product adoption, usage, and customer satisfaction
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Extensive experience working with multi-cultural teams and teams across different time zones
    • Proven ability to manage integration projects with external vendors
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Adept at collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders
    • Internal: Drives Go-to-Market (GTM) motions and product enablement activities to empower internal teams in marketing, sales, implementation, and support
    • External: Possesses extensive experience working closely with customers and users to understand pain points, prioritize jobs to be done, and conduct user research
  • Technical Acumen:
    • Capable of interpreting technical documentation and developer sites
    • Skilled in translating API technical documentation into clear product requirements
  • SAAS experience and knowledge in Benefit space
    • Experience in Health, Retirement, Insurance products
  • Bonus:
    • Proficiency in Chinese
