We’re seeking a Senior Brand Designer to shape our growing brand and lead creative strategy for campaigns, product marketing, and content. You’ll drive high-impact projects—digital campaigns, lifecycle marketing, landing pages, event materials, social content, motion graphics, and brand illustrations—bringing ideas to life from concept to completion. Collaborate with stakeholders to craft winning concepts, maintain top-notch design quality, and balance strategy with hands-on execution. This hybrid role, based onsite at our Lehi, Utah headquarters (Tuesday–Thursday), suits a curious, innovative designer passionate about delivering real results. Day in the Life

  • Lead creative execution for marketing campaigns, landing pages, ebooks, social posts, event branding, and swag.
  • Own projects end-to-end, partnering with content, marketing, sales, and product teams to deliver impactful results.
  • Evolve and refine our brand system across all touchpoints.
  • Identify opportunities to surprise, differentiate, and elevate the brand.
  • Co-develop design systems for marketing and product use cases.
  • Embrace feedback from peers, leaders, and customers to enhance creativity.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently, preserving quality and innovation.
  • Leverage AI tools to streamline exploration and concepting, boosting your creative process.

Who You Are

  • A portfolio highlighting versatility, strong design sensibility, and strategic thinking in brand and digital design.
  • 4–6+ years of experience, preferably with a tech company, in-house team, or design agency.
  • Expertise in Figma (essential) and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A sharp eye for typography, layout, color, hierarchy, and current tech/marketing trends.
  • A proactive, growth-minded attitude, eager to master an evolving tech landscape.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to justify design decisions.
  • A positive, self-motivated approach that excels in fast-paced environments.

Nice To Have

  • Motion design skills (After Effects, Lottie, etc.).

Salary Range:

In compliance with the California Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range for this role is between $80,000 - $120,000 in Utah. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
