Workstream is a mission-driven company that believes in building premium, modern software solutions for hourly businesses. There are 2.7 billion hourly workers, who make up 80% of the global workforce, but they've been heavily underserved by technology and deserve better. We help local businesses around you hire, manage, and pay qualified workers.
Our customers include leading brands from multiple sectors, including Burger King, Carl's Jr./Hardee's, IHOP, KFC, and Culvers. At series B, we are quickly expanding our product portfolio. We are backed by legendary VCs and industry experts like Founders Fund, BOND, and Coatue.
Grow With Us
We're looking for a proactive and ambitious Revenue Systems Architect to be the foundational owner of our Go-To-Market (GTM) tech stack. This isn't just a traditional CRM admin role; it's a unique opportunity to grow into a strategic partner for our entire GTM team. You'll be at the core of our sales and customer-facing operations, ensuring our CRM and other GTM tools are a streamlined, efficient engine for our sales representatives, providing the critical data needed for insightful reporting.
As the Revenue Systems Architect, you'll own the day-to-day administration, optimization, and innovation across our revenue tech stack. This role is crucial in supporting our go-to-market teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) by ensuring our systems run efficiently, securely, and in alignment with our growth strategy.
While your primary responsibility will be the day-to-day administration and optimization of Salesforce, we're looking for a candidate with the aptitude and ambition to grow into a more technical, development-focused role. As a systems owner, we'll look to you to help architect scalable solutions, improve reporting accuracy, drive automation, and integrate tools that streamline workflows and enhance decision-making. You should be a hands-on problem solver who is eager to translate business needs into clean system design and ensure seamless cross-functional alignment. You'll also have the unique opportunity to sit alongside and collaborate with our data team, leveraging their expertise to drive AI-powered efficiencies and automation.
This is a full-time, hybrid in-office role based in Vancouver, BC, with a current policy of 2 days in-office per week.
What You’ll Own
- CRM Administration & Optimization: Own all aspects of CRM (Salesforce) administration, including user management, data integrity, creating and maintaining reports and dashboards, and managing custom fields and objects. Proactively identify and streamline manual processes for our sales team, from lead to close, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strategic Partnership: Partner directly with sales leadership and other stakeholders to understand business needs. You'll contribute to strategic projects like SKU design and defining key data points for our sales pipeline.
- GTM Tech Stack Contribution: As you grow, you will play a part in optimizing our broader GTM tech stack. Explore how tools like Clay, SalesBricks, Apollo, Outreach, ChurnZero, and more can be integrated to automate processes and power our outbound and customer success motions.
- Growth into Development: Develop your skills in automation and potentially custom development. We encourage an "automate, then transform" mindset, where you'll be empowered to find smarter, more efficient ways of working, including leveraging AI.
- Data-Driven Efficiency: Collaborate closely with our data team to leverage their expertise, exploring how AI can be integrated into Salesforce to drive efficiencies and automation, and provide critical data for insightful reporting.
What We're Looking For
- Solid foundation as a Salesforce Administrator, with a strong understanding of core functionalities.
- Owner's mindset: You are proactive, take initiative, and feel a sense of ownership over your work, actively seeking opportunities for improvement.
- Business Acumen: A genuine interest in understanding the "why" behind the "what," eager to learn our business and how Salesforce can be a strategic asset.
- Technical Acumen & Innovation: You're a proactive problem-solver with the technical skills and design thinking to architect scalable solutions and drive automation. You're eager to adopt new technologies, methodologies, and are always thinking about how to leverage AI to enhance your work.
- Ambition for Growth: You possess a strong aptitude for and interest in expanding your expertise in data, advanced automation, and development. Prior experience with, or a clear desire to learn, data science or coding is a significant advantage.
- Collaborative Spirit: You enjoy working with others and are an excellent communicator, ready to be a key partner to our sales, customer success, and data teams.
