We are a high growth series B company and quickly expanding our product portfolio to deliver on our vision. We are backed by legendary VCs and industry experts like Founders Fund, BOND, and Coatue.

Grow With Us

We're looking for a proactive and hands-on Revenue Systems Architect to be the foundational builder and owner of our Go-To-Market (GTM) tech stack. This is a unique hybrid role that blends strategic systems administration with hands-on development.  You will dedicate your time equally between ensuring our core CRM (Salesforce) is a streamlined engine for our GTM teams, and actively building custom, AI-powered solutions and integrations that directly impact revenue.

You are a developer at heart who understands GTM strategy. We want your "builder" mindset to help us engineer smarter workflows, create powerful internal tools, and leverage predictive AI to turn our data into actionable insights. You’ll be a key strategic partner to our GTM and data teams, translating business needs into robust technical solutions and helping us build the next generation of our revenue infrastructure.

This is a full-time, hybrid in-office role based in either The Bay Area, Utah, or Vancouver, BC.

What You’ll Own

  • CRM Administration & Optimization (50%): Own all aspects of Salesforce administration, including user management, data integrity, and optimizing layouts and processes. You will maintain the stability and efficiency of our core revenue engine,
ensuring it serves as a reliable foundation for your development work.
  • Hands-On Development & AI Integration (50%): Design, build, and deploy custom solutions on and off the Salesforce platform. You will work with APIs to connect third-party systems and leverage predictive AI and automation platforms to solve key
business challenges. This includes projects like building a central repository to ingest multi-source customer data and generate AI-powered reports on churn risk and upsell opportunities.
  • GTM Tech Stack Architecture: Take ownership of our broader GTM tech stack. You won't just administer tools like Apollo, Outreach, and ChurnZero; you will have a major say in what tools are used and architect how they connect and share data, using both
out-of-the-box integrations and custom code to create a seamless system.
  • Process Automation Engineering: Identify and eliminate inefficiencies by building robust, automated workflows. You will leverage your skills with tools like Salesforce Flow, advanced automation platforms (e.g., Make.com), and code to reduce manual work and
    accelerate our GTM motions.

What You’ll Do (Outcomes > Outputs)

  • Architect the GTM backbone: Define the end-to-end systems and strategy (CRM, data, workflows, guardrails) that reduces friction and increases win-rate, throughput, and accuracy.
  • Ship leverage quickly: Own a prioritized backlog of high-ROI fixes and enhancements (especially in Salesforce), balancing “keep the lights on” with step-change improvements.
  • Unify customer context: Design a scalable way to centralize interaction signals (Support, CS, SDR, Sales) alongside product/usage data—so we can predict churn/upsell and take action.

What We're Looking For

  • Hybrid Expertise: You are proficient and comfortable in two domains: core Salesforce Administration (maintaining a complex org) and systems development (building and
    shipping solutions).
  • Hands-On Builder with a Technical Toolkit: You have demonstrated experience building functional internal tools or integrations. You are proficient with APIs (REST), have a working knowledge of a programming language (like Python, JavaScript, or Apex), and are familiar with development fundamentals like Git and basic security protocols.
  • Applied AI & Automation Acumen: You have a practical understanding of how to use AI to drive business results. You have experience with, or a deep understanding of, predictive AI concepts and intelligent automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make.com) to create efficient, data-driven systems.
  • Owner's Mindset: You are a proactive, self-sufficient problem-solver who feels a deep sense of ownership. You can take a vague business problem, architect a solution, build it, and see it through to adoption.
  • Business Acumen: A genuine interest in understanding the "why" behind GTM operations. You're eager to learn our business and apply your technical skills to directly impact revenue growth and GTM efficiency.

This Role Is For You If

  • You are a proven builder who wants to apply your development and Salesforce skills to directly impact business revenue.
  • You see business problems as engineering challenges and are excited to design, build, and deploy the solutions.
  • You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with data and GTM teams to create innovative solutions.
  • You are passionate about applying AI and automation not just as buzzwords, but as practical tools to create a competitive advantage.
  • You are excited to be the foundational owner of a revenue tech stack and grow it into a strategic asset.

What We Offer

  • A mission-driven and value-based company dedicated to empowering deskless workers and local businesses
  • An early employee opportunity at a Series B hyper-growth startup; work with the founding team and industry veterans to accelerate your career
  • Competitive salary and equity
  • Comprehensive health coverage: medical, dental, and vision. We pay 95% of your premiums for employees and 75% for dependents
  • In-office amenities and stocked kitchen
  • Pre-tax commuter benefits
  • Learning/development stipend
