
Event Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Event Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic events team. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of key aspects of event coordination, logistics, and promotional material management. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the planning and execution of events and trade shows, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure every detail is executed flawlessly. The ideal candidate brings prior event or marketing experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Day in the Life
- Plan and Execute Trade Shows
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of trade show participation from pre-show planning through post-show follow-up. Responsibilities include managing timelines, budgets, vendor relationships, and logistics; securing and designing booth space; coordinating shipping and setup; arranging travel and accommodations for staff; developing show-specific marketing materials; and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. This role also involves collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to maximize engagement, generate leads, and measure ROI.
- Show Materials & Preparation
- Oversee the packing, transport, and unpacking of booth materials—including exhibits, collateral, swag, and other event assets—according to the event schedule. Ensure all items are properly inventoried, securely packed, and organized for efficient setup and teardown.
- Research Show Opportunities
- Identify and evaluate events and trade shows that align with company goals. Research potential opportunities to showcase products, expand brand presence, and connect with target audiences.
- Event Assets & Materials Management
- Maintain an accurate inventory of branded materials, promotional items, and trade show assets (booths, graphics, displays, etc.), ensuring everything is organized, in good condition, and ready for upcoming events. Manage the sourcing and ordering of custom swag for specific shows, including selecting new products as needed, and ensure all orders are placed on time, within budget, and aligned with event requirements.
- Event & Project Support
- Assist Event Manager with planning, logistics, and other projects as assigned, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to fulfill creative, content, and promotional requirements, assisting with any tasks needed to support successful event outcomes.

- Must be detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines
- Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving supplies
- Must be willing to report to the office up to 3x a week
Nice To Have
- Basic knowledge of events coordination and logistics
- Familiarity with event management software platforms (Cvent, ExhibitDay)
- Experience in event planning or related fields (internship or volunteer work included)

Salary Range
In compliance with the California Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range for this role is between $65,000 - $75,000 in Utah. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
