Job description

Admissions advisor is responsible for the success of the outcome of the tasks, duties and responsibilities of the daily inbound/outbound email and chat. Clarifying questions and doubts from parents, teachers and students using consultative sales skill.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage Product Knowledge and Consultative Sales Skills: Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and exceptional consultative sales techniques to effectively close sales and consistently meet or exceed sales (enrollment) goals.
  • Handle Inbound and Outbound Communications: Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats promptly and professionally, adhering to established sales processes and policies. Conduct proactive outbound calls to potential and existing customers, utilizing consultative sales strategies to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage and nurter a robust pipeline of customers, ensuring timely follow-up and consistent communication in line with the sales contact strategy to maximize conversion rates and sales opportunities.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with key partners and stakeholders of Envision by WorldStrides, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to both partners and customers of Envision by WorldStrides. Collect and relay feedback between customers and stakeholders to support continuous business improvement and success.
  • Represent the Brand: Serve as a passionate ambassador for Envision by WorldStrides, effectively communicating the organization's mission, values, and purpose in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional consultative sales skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient knowledge in MS Office products: Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to learn additional computer products to support business needs.
  • Strong keyboarding and computer skills
  • Ability to work in professional work environment.
  • Demonstrated initiative.
  • Must be extremely customer oriented and a team player.
  • Solid customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Education, Experience, and Training:
  • At least 1+ years of sales experience with an emphasis on consultative sale
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
