Job Description:

The Sales Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to support the client through the entire sales
process and perform all the necessary administrative tasks associated with this function. The SC
will be the key liaison between the Client, the Sales Consultants, the Tour Coordinators and
Accounts Receivable to ensure the customer journey is well supported. The SC will also ensure
that each department has timely and accurate information about each file. This role is vital in
helping the company achieve its sales targets and strengthen internal relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Activate/Book quotes and issue agreement
  • Assemble agreement packages for client delivery
  • Ensure client contracts are accurate and complete
  • Configure the Portal, updating and refreshing as required
  • Monitor client status during sales cycle to ensure clients are meeting deadlines and
    information is being passed to operations and accounting as needed
  • Input all registration, deposit and payment information
  • Maintaining a complete understanding a client file to include content and costing
  • Manage passenger numbers to ensure accuracy using the Web Portal and CRM
  • Prepare and coordinate all PIE packages and liaison with schools for delivery
  • Assist clients by answering any questions and concerns in a professional and friendly
    matter
  • Collection of all monies from clients
  • Assemble Operations File and provide to Tour Coordinator Team Lead
  • Support the Tour Coordinators by collecting outstanding client details necessary for
    completion of the file
  • Collect room list assignments and set-up within the Web Portal
  • Manage rooming list changes as requested by clients

:Qualifications:

  • University degree or diploma
  • Detailed and Process Focused
  • Proficient with Microsoft products and CRM tools
  • Detail and process focused
  • Possesses a strong and organized work ethic
  • Advanced time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of Travel Industry
  • Demonstrated Ability to drive new sales
  • Experience within a travel agency, educational institution, or related
    industry/environment
  • Bilingual in French would be an asset
