Job Description:

Join our team this summer as a Seasonal Photo Reviewer! We’re hiring three dependable individuals to help screen large batches of student event photos each day to ensure they meet our content and brand guidelines—no editing or photography background needed.

You’ll work on-site in our Merida, MX office, reviewing images taken at Envision summer programs. Your job is simple but important: ensure every photo is appropriate and ready to be viewed by families of student attendees.

This position will be part of the in-house creative team, and report directly to the Associate Creative Director. This role is required to be on-site and based in our Merida, Mexico office.

Responsibilities:

  • Review ~4,000 digital images per day using a browser-based gallery
  • Approve or reject images based on provided brand and content standards
  • Spot and flag any inappropriate gestures, behavior, or content
  • Ensure all daily uploads are reviewed within 24 hours
  • Follow clear guidelines—no photo editing or technical software involved
  • Training and step-by-step review guidelines
  • Laptops for on-site use
  • Daily support from a U.S.-based supervisor
  • A welcoming and focused office environment in Merida

Qualifications:

  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Can focus on repetitive visual tasks for extended periods
  • Are comfortable using a computer and web browser
  • Are reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the full program dates
  • Enjoy working independently with clear expectations
  • Fluent in English
