Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Temporary Seasonal Recruiting Coordinator to support our seasonal hiring efforts. This is a temporary role with a commitment of 40 hours per week through mid-June.  In this fast-paced, high-volume role, you’ll assist with onboarding tasks, conduct video verifications, and manage outreach to our seasonal staff through phone and email communications. You’ll be a key part of ensuring a smooth and supportive onboarding experience for our incoming team members.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct video verifications with seasonal hires to ensure onboarding compliance and readiness
• Make a high volume of outbound calls and send follow-up emails to candidates regarding their onboarding status and next steps
• Support onboarding processes by tracking task completion and ensuring timely submission of required documentation
• Update and maintain accurate candidate information within our applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Respond to candidate inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with the seasonal programs team to ensure all onboarding and communication needs are met
• Maintain confidentiality and attention to detail when handling candidate records and sensitive information

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in HR coordination, onboarding, customer service, or administrative support preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach (phone and email)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
• Quick to learn new systems and technology (experience with ATS or onboarding systems is a plus)
• Experience with Smartsheet is a plus
• Friendly, dependable, and able to work well independently or in a team environment
