Job Description:

We’re looking for a confident and experienced Senior Manager of Digital Marketing to lead a high-impact website relaunch project over a 9-month contract. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between our internal team and an external agency to deliver a new enterprise-level website built on Sitecore XM Cloud, with content housed in our Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform.

This is not a role for someone who needs step-by-step instructions. We need a proactive problem-solver who has the hands-on experience to confidently drive the production of a website relaunch, manage multiple stakeholders, and make sound business decisions independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of our new Sitecore website in collaboration with an external agency.
  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact between both the Canadian and US marketing teams and the agency, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and scope are met.
  • Create and manage timelines, deliverables, and quality control, ensuring all aspects of the project are executed to a high standard in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (DAM manager, US Group Marketing, Canada Group Marketing) to align on objectives and requirements within WorldStrides’ established digital ecosystem.
  • Evaluate and make strategic decisions related to user experience, digital infrastructure, and web performance.
  • Assess and make recommendations on content migration and consolidation—determining what content from our existing websites should be brought forward, rewritten, or retired.
  • Report progress and consult on key decisions to the Director of Marketing and SVP Group Marketing (US) with clarity and confidence.
  • Ensure consistent documentation and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing large-scale website launches.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage external agencies and internal stakeholders with professionalism and assertiveness.
  • Hands-on experience working with Sitecore (or similar enterprise CMS platforms) and Digital Asset Management platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and make thoughtful, data-driven business decisions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset but not required.
