Job Description:

The Email Marketing & Content Coordinator will support the Canadian Marketing team in executing targeted email campaigns, managing marketing content, and coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives. This role is essential in helping the Canadian sales team achieve growth targets through effective communication, content creation, and campaign execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, schedule, and deploy email campaigns using HubSpot, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and brand standards
  • Write and edit compelling email copy, marketing collateral, and other content to support campaigns and sales initiatives
  • Manage mailing lists, segment audiences, and maintain CRM hygiene to ensure accurate targeting and reporting
  • Coordinate updates to brochures, flyers, presentations, and other sales support materials in collaboration with the creative team
  • Work closely with designers, copywriters, and vendors to ensure timely production and delivery of marketing assets
  • Support in managing timelines, deliverables, and approvals for various marketing projects
  • Respond to sales support requests, ensuring reps have access to current materials and messaging
  • Manage promotional item inventory and coordinate fulfillment and distribution as needed
  • Assist with additional marketing tasks and initiatives as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with a focus on email marketing and content creation
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or similar email marketing platforms
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to tone, clarity, and grammar
  • Experience working with creative teams and external vendors
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator) is an asset
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
