Job Description:

 

The International Lead Development Associate plays a key role in supporting WorldStrides’ growth by identifying and qualifying prospective educators interested in international student travel programs. This position focuses on professional outreach, information gathering, and lead qualification to ensure high‑quality opportunities are passed to internal teams for continued engagement.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to outreach. It is well suited for professionals looking to build experience within a corporate, international environment while contributing to meaningful educational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound outreach to schools and educators via phone and email
  • Prospect and qualify potential program leaders from internal databases
  • Gather and validate information related to educators’ travel plans and goals
  • Assess interest level and readiness for further engagement
  • Meet established monthly and seasonal outreach targets
  • Maintain accurate and timely records within the CRM system
  • Develop and maintain working knowledge of company policies, procedures, and offerings

 Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of business outreach, marketing, or lead development principles
  • Prior experience in customer contact roles (outreach, promotions, telemarketing, or lead qualification preferred)
  • Confidence engaging new contacts by phone and email
  • Strong organizational and data management skills
  • Proficiency with standard computer applications and CRM systems
  • Familiarity with professional office environments
  • Experience with outbound calling tools or related technology (call center experience not required)
  • Advanced English proficiency (B2+ or higher)
  • Six months or more of experience in outreach, lead generation, or client qualification roles is preferred
