About the Team:
The People Team rolls out the red carpet for our employees during onboarding, off-boarding and all people related matters in-between. They collaborate with multiple teams to ensure our people have a stellar experience while at TFH. The HRBP will be responsible for aligning People strategies with business objectives to promote growth and employee satisfaction in the LATAM region.
About the Opportunity:
- Work directly with department heads and senior management to develop and execute People strategies that support business objectives.
- Provide strategic advice on People issues such as organizational structure, the management of change, and employee engagement strategies.
- Act as a regional mediator to resolve employee grievances, ensuring a fair and effective process.
- Enhance employee relations by identifying and resolving workplace issues, promoting a healthy work environment.
- Advise and train managers on performance feedback and conflict resolution.
- Analyze regional trends and metrics in partnership with the Global People team to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Implement organizational change initiatives in alignment with business strategies.
- Identify team-specific training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
- Evaluate and monitor training programs to ensure success and ROI.
- Ensure all company People policies are applied consistently and corporate compliance and governance frameworks are followed.
- Keep abreast of legal developments affecting HR, ensuring the organization's compliance with local and federal laws.
- Be the main point of HR support for all German and EU employees.
- Ensure payroll and insurance are processed accurately and timely.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations, talent management, and compliance.
- In-depth understanding of local and regional labor laws and regulatory environments.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and preferably one or more additional languages relevant to the region.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and data-driven HR analytics.
- Advanced degree in Human Resources or related field.
