About the Opportunity:
In this role you will project manage multiple omnichannel marketing workstreams, help drive regional growth marketing campaigns, operationalize internal and external processes, and most importantly, be resourceful in getting things made at a high creative standard. You will work with internal and external partners across departments on multiple projects at any one time. You are naturally organized, thrive in chaos, and are passionate about storytelling, growth, and strategic marketing:
Role responsibilities include:
- Initiate, drive, and project manage global and regional marketing projects leveraging full-stack marketing skills (i.e., brand and content strategy, digital marketing, website, SEO, creators, print, copywriting, etc.)
- Create strategic and methodological marketing roadmaps in collaboration with Director of Marketing and CMO in order to drive growth and quality, and take extreme ownership in the execution and project management of your plans
- Build reports to track, analyze, and share campaign performance against OKRs
- Work with Regional Management and local marketing managers to be proactive in understanding local needs and helping to drive or support local marketing initiatives
- Be a self-starter, ready to do whatever it takes to deliver projects on time and at a high creative standard; we are a small team and enjoy flexing our skillsets to help each other
- Project manage and drive website projects; coordinating across content and copy, UI/UX, and web development for a constantly evolving website (e.g., landing pages for product launches and ad campaigns)
- Project manage and drive video projects including coordinating script writing, sourcing vendors or freelancers, completing internal review cycles, and maintaining timelines
- Finding solutions and options for getting ideas made - from finding the right partner, to figuring out the best internal process to get things done fast (e.g., product, legal, comms, privacy, finance)
- Partnering with all departments to help drive excitement, awareness, and growth for World
- Advocate for the brand and end-users in all projects and initiatives big and small
- 5-15% travel to the field (anywhere in the world) to understand on the ground operations and user needs
About you:
- 7-10+ years of experience in omnichannel marketing with full-stack, interdisciplinary skills in growth marketing, SEO, SEM, content creators, print/OOH, copywriting, website, and creative asset coordination (video, photography, graphics)
- Adept with growth marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Tag Manager, TikTok/Meta/Google Ads, etc.) and marketing research, measurement, and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc.)
- Highly organized and able to strategically prioritize multiple work-streams at once
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
- Interdisciplinary and adaptable; quick to pivot in a rapidly changing environment
- Radical end-to-end ownership
- Practically oriented and “getting-the-job-done” mindset
- Any of the following are a bonus: web design and development, video production/editing/animation, graphic design, service design, knowledge of the Web3/cryptocurrency industry

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH in San Francisco ranges from $130,000 - $170,000, plus a competitive long term incentive package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
