Our Legal team is dedicated to supporting the World open-source protocol by managing Tools for Humanity’s legal affairs globally. We collaborate across the company to advance the blockchain project and enhance our products, including the Orb (our hardware device), World ID, World App, and World Chain. The Role:
We’re seeking a highly skilled and proactive Commercial Contracts and Procurement Manager to negotiate procurement contracts, own vendor relationships, and optimize our end-to-end commercial contracting processes. If you’re passionate about drafting and negotiating agreements, developing robust procurement processes, and enjoy working cross-functionally to achieve results, we’d love to have you on our team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a driven Procurement Contracts Manager ready to make a strategic impact.
Core Responsibilities:
- Negotiate key agreements to optimize terms and manage risk across SaaS and vendor contracts, advisor and consultant agreements, NDAs, event sponsorships, recruiting engagements, and legal service contracts.
- Oversee the entire contract lifecycle for procurement and commercial contracts.
- Identify and implement improvements in purchasing processes, from supplier onboarding to purchase order management.
- Collaborate across teams, including Finance, Accounting, Legal, Information Security, and Compliance, to resolve issues and expedite transaction completion.
- Develop company-wide procurement policies.
- Lead projects independently, proactively advancing them toward successful completion.

What We Require:
- 5+ years in procurement or commercial contracting, ideally within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with purchasing systems and Contract Lifecycle Management Systems like Ironclad.
The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH in San Francisco ranges from $125,000 - $145,000, plus a competitive long term incentive package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
