The Role: Position: Manager, Title: General Director

Job Responsibilities (including, but not limited to the following):

• Being responsible for carrying out the tasks of the General Director of the Company and the Head of the Branch assigned in accordance with the decisions of the President of the Company for the management of the Company’s business and within the provisions of the Charter of the Company and Vietnamese law;
• Reporting to the President of the Company and any other person designated by the Company;
• Motivating research and technology staff to improve efficiency and creativity;
• Working with Chief Research Officer and Chief Technology Officer to help the researchers and technology staff in Vietnam achieve top performance;
• Creating a working environment of enthusiasm, entrepreneurship and collegiality;
• Recruiting top research and technology talent; and
• Managing accounting and other general and administrative tasks.

Form of work: Labor contract

Place of work: At the Company’s Headquarter and other location as required by the job or assignment by the Company

Term of employment: Tentatively from 15 December 2025 to 14 December 2027

What You’ll Bring:

• Technical expertise requirement:

• • Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, science or mathematics required; a technical degree from a leading university such as MIT or Stanford is a plus;
  • Having a master’s in business administration degree is a plus.

• Work experience requirement:

• • Having experience managing professional staffs, including quantitative finance researchers, engineers, mathematicians, and/or research scientists;
  • Experience working in a research department is a plus; and
  • Entrepreneurial experience is a plus.

• Other requirements:

• • Have strong work ethic and leadership;
  • Have the ability to promote the company and hire top talent from the best universities in Vietnam and in other countries.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficient in English.

• Chịu trách nhiệm thực hiện các nhiệm vụ được giao theo với quyết định của Chủ Tịch Công Ty về việc quản lý kinh doanh của Công Ty và trong phạm vi quy định tại điều lệ Công Ty và pháp luật Việt Nam;
• Báo cáo cho Chủ Tịch Công Ty và bất kì cá nhân nào khác được chỉ định bởi Công Ty;
• Tạo động lực cho các nghiên cứu viên và lập trình viên để tối đa hóa năng suất và sự sáng tạo;
• Làm việc với Giám đốc Nghiên cứu và Giám đốc Công nghệ để giúp các nghiên cứu viên và lập trình viên tại Việt Nam đạt được hiệu quả làm việc cao nhất;
• Tạo môi trường làm việc nhiệt tình, có tinh thần khởi nghiệp và thân thiện;
• Tuyển dụng các nghiên cứu viên và lập trình viên hàng đầu; và
• Quản lý kế toán và các nhiệm vụ chung về hành chính khác.

Địa điểm làm việc: Tại trụ sở Công Ty và các địa điểm khác theo yêu cầu công việc

Thời gian làm việc: Dự kiến từ ngày 15 December 2025 đến ngày 14 December 2027

• Yêu cầu tuyển dụng:

• Trình độ chuyên môn kỹ thuật:

• • Có bằng Cử nhân hoặc cao hơn chuyên ngành kỹ thuật, khoa học hoặc toán học; (bằng Cử nhân chuyên ngành kỹ thuật từ các trường đại học hàng đầu như MIT hay Stanford là một điểm cộng);
  • Có bằng Thạc sĩ Quản trị kinh doanh là một điểm cộng;

• Kinh nghiệm làm việc:

• • Có kinh nghiệm trong việc quản lý đội ngũ nhân viên trình độ cao, bao gồm các nhà nghiên cứu tài chính định lượng, kỹ sư, nhà toán học và / hoặc các nhà nghiên cứu khoa học;
  • Có kinh nghiệm làm việc ở bộ phận nghiên cứu là một điểm cộng; và
  • Có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực kinh doanh là một lợi thế.

• Yêu cầu khác:

• • Có khả năng lãnh đạo và tính kỷ luật cao trong công việc;
  • Có khả năng quảng bá hình ảnh công ty, và tuyển dụng các nhân tài hàng đầu từ các trường đại học tốt nhất ở Việt Nam và ở các nước khác; và
  • Trình độ ngôn ngữ: Sử dụng thành thạo tiếng Anh.
