Role: Senior Marketing Manager

As a Senior Marketing Manager with the Wormhole Foundation, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and engagement across the Wormhole ecosystem. This position combines strategic planning and partnership development with hands-on marketing execution. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Business Development, and external partners to ensure our go-to-market strategies are impactful and aligned with our overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will be web3-native and have extensive experience planning and executing marketing initiatives.

What you will do:

  • Helping evolve and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy that aligns with the Wormhole vision. 
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to create effective GTMs for products, general launches, events, and platform integrations.
  • Developing creative strategies to enter new markets effectively. Adapt marketing campaigns to cater to local cultural insights, market dynamics, and regulatory dynamics.
  • Executing co-marketing campaigns with partners, targeting end-users and customers to drive adoption.
  • Serving as one of the the primary liaisons for partner marketing teams, fostering collaboration on growth strategies and campaign plans.
  • Developing and managing marketing content, including blog posts, case studies, and social media campaigns.
  • Creating educational materials for partners, encompassing frameworks, process documents, and product overviews.
  • Analyzing and reporting on the outcomes of all marketing initiatives.
  • Traveling within the region to engage with strategic partners and participate in local ecosystem events

Who you are:

  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Web3 marketing or a relevant role. 
  • A track record of successful marketing initiatives that have delivered significant business impact.
  • Proven experience in working with diverse, cross-functional teams to drive go-to-market strategies and execute plans effectively, fostering strong partnerships to achieve shared objectives
  • Deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, blockchain technology, digital currencies, fintech, and successful growth marketing strategies.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellence.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal with examples of content created.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for events.
  • Entrepreneurial track record of taking an idea to reality.
  • Highly motivated, creative, and results-driven self-starter with a passion for crypto and developer engagement.
  • Enjoy working remotely with a talented global team , but ideally based in EMEA or Americas time zones.
