THE JOB.

We’re looking to hire a Manager, Audience Strategy, to join the team and partner closely with our growing roster of clients geared towards underestimated (historically marginalized) audiences. For this position, looking for someone with previous experience leading social strategy, content, and community management efforts for LGBTQ+ audiences.

The Manager, Audience Strategy will be a multi-faceted creative strategist supporting client needs with a focus on concept development, copywriting, community management, and analytics/reporting.

This role reports to the Senior Manager, Audience Strategy, and assists in developing and executing impactful solutions with audience insights at the core, and never settles for checking the box. 

This role requires someone very familiar with all the social platforms with a background in social media marketing. Marketing agency experience is strongly preferred. Entertainment industry experience a plus. 

THE TEAM.

The Audience Strategy team partners deeply with our client partners to provide them with innovative and impactful ways to initiate connection, spark conversation and ultimately drive advocacy with target audiences based on their lived experiences.

When it comes to the canvases this team paints on, they don't limit themselves by a certain function or marketing mix diagram. The audiences WORTHI is trying to reach on behalf of our clients do not live in boxes, so we do not think in them either. The Audience Strategy team are experts when it comes to social/digital, print, OOH, paid media, content, copywriting, brand partnerships, creator/influencer relations, and so much more.

Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Help shape digital strategies that include content creation, community growth, audience insights, and analytics/measurement.
  • Lead voice/tone development, copywriting, and community management efforts, on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and more.
  • Lead the conceptualization of creative pitches for client’s social content calendar.
  • Manage content calendar, cultural calendar, content scheduling, and other related elements.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are of high quality and delivered on time.
  • Work in close partnership with Creative Production department for creation of content across social platforms.
  • Develop weekly/monthly social recap reports with qualitative and quantitative insight
  • Occasional evening or weekend work may be needed based on client needs.

Qualifications: 

  • 5 years of social media strategy/management and digital marketing is a must. Agency experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in creating content and managing communities for underestimated (historically marginalized) audiences strongly preferred.
  • Result-oriented and client-focused with a passion for account management, relationship building, and team management.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Consistent follow-through ability to traffic communication and ensure project accuracy.
  • A creative point of view, a “can-do” attitude and a “what’s next” mentality.
  • Consistently bring ideas that amaze and inspire our clients and our team.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at one time.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to provide and receive feedback.
  • Passion for storytelling, listening to what our target communities have to say.
  • Experience managing accounts for large brands and/or entertainment properties a plus.
  • Influencer and/or Experiential experience are a plus.
  • Strong computer skills and hands-on understanding G Suite and project management tools such as Monday dot com.

Pay Range

$85,000-125,000 USD (dependent on skills, experience, and competencies)
