Compensation Information:

  • Hourly range: $28.00 - $36.75/hour (additional compensation based on experience)
  • Pay-per-billed-hour range: $42-$45/billed hour (additional compensation based on experience)
  • Signing and relocation bonuses are available
  • Flexible Compensation Models: Hourly and Pay-per-billed-hour options are available
  • Performance-based incentives of up to $9,000 a year

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services
  • Collaborate with families, physicians, and schools
  • Provide culturally competent, family-centered care

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree from an Accredited PTA program
  • Colorado DORA PTA license
  • BLS/CPR certification

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to sit 1-2 hours, stand/walk 4-6 hours daily, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
