Compensation Information:
- Earning Potential: $76,000 - $183,000 per year
- Signing and relocation bonuses are available
- Flexible Compensation Models: Hourly and Pay-per-billed-hour options are available
- Performance-based incentives of up to $9,000 a year

Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services
- Collaborate with families, physicians, and schools
- Provide culturally competent, family-centered care
- Manage cases according to quality standards
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree or greater in Occupational therapy
- NBCOT certification
- Colorado DORA OT license
- BLS/CPR certification
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit 1-2 hours, stand/walk 4-6 hours daily, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
