Compensation and benefits:

  • Salary: $75,000 - $95,000/year + signing bonus
  • Monthly productivity bonus up to $750 ($9,000/year)

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in ABA or related field
  • BCBA® Certification

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional clinical programming
  • Provide high-quality supervision to RBT team
  • Conduct program reviews and maintain documentation
  • Facilitate parent training and meetings
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
  • Support RBT skill development
