Co-Clinic Manager - Treating Therapist
Position Summary:
The Co-Clinic Manager works in partnership with another Co-Manager to jointly oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring clinical and operational excellence through collaborative leadership. This shared leadership role demands strong partnership skills, integrity, emotional intelligence, and exceptional organizational abilities to drive performance, develop staff, and maintain high standards of patient and employee satisfaction. Working in tandem with their co-manager, key responsibilities include coordinating clinic processes, aligning on key metrics, supporting patient coordinators, developing the Physical Health team, and ensuring effective communication and problem-solving. The Co-Clinic Managers together uphold the clinic's core values, model excellence in patient care, and foster an environment of respect, recognition, and meaningful work.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive Excellence and Leadership:
- Collaboratively lead the clinic with your co-manager, demonstrating integrity, humility, empathy, and optimism
- Work together to promote a culture of trust, collaboration, and partnership among the team
- Partner with your co-manager to build strong relationships with patients and their families, jointly coaching team members to do the same
- Align with your co-manager to model Woven Care's core values consistently
- Coordinate communication strategies with your co-manager, ensuring unified messaging that starts with the 'why' and aligns with the broader organizational vision
Clinical and Operational Excellence:
- Work in tandem with your co-manager to maintain a comprehensive understanding of all clinic processes, procedures, and services
- Collaborate on maintaining focus on key metrics (billed hours, retention, eNPS, cNPS), jointly holding the team accountable and working together to remove barriers to success
- Partner in managing and supporting patient coordinators to maintain a robust waitlist, coordinating efforts to maximize access to clinical care
- Coordinate with your co-manager on overseeing timecards and PTO requests for all Physical Health team members
Team Development and Support:
- Work collaboratively with your co-manager to coach and develop the clinic's Physical Health team, aligning on performance expectations and coordinating performance reviews
- Partner in celebrating team and individual successes, jointly deciding on significant events to share with the Marketing Lead
- Coordinate support strategies with your co-manager to maintain consistent empathetic leadership while upholding high expectations
Performance Management:
- Jointly measure and report on the clinic's overall metrics, collaborating with your co-manager to work with therapists and patient coordinators on productivity expectations
- Coordinate with your co-manager on performance management documentation, ensuring consistent approaches and timely submission to HR
- Partner in handling staff performance matters, working together with Department Heads and Lead Therapists
- Collaborate on Quarterly Reviews, ensuring aligned evaluation approaches
- Work together to administer pay raises, coordinating with the Regional Manager/Department Heads
- Partner with your co-manager to assess staffing needs in conjunction with HR and Department Heads
Administrative Duties:
- Coordinate leadership of daily huddles with your co-manager
- Collaboratively manage the monthly budget, jointly ensuring fair department request handling
- Partner on coordination with Finance & Facilities for maintenance requests, working together on resource allocation decisions
- Align communication strategies with administrative departments, coordinating follow-up efforts
- Work together on problem-solving, jointly determining when to escalate issues
- Collaborate on consistent policy and procedure implementation based on the clinic handbook
Patient and Employee Satisfaction:
- Partner in modeling excellence in patient care, supporting each other in achieving productivity goals
- Work together to build and maintain excellent family relationships and customer service standards
- Collaboratively foster an environment of respect, recognition, autonomy, personal growth, and meaningful work
Accountability and Goal Setting:
- Partner with your co-manager to meet and exceed clinic goals for retention and billed hours
- Coordinate documentation efforts for performance management
- Work together to ensure the achievement of PC-specific KPIs through unified leadership

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
- Minimum of 1 year of Woven Care experience
- Operates from a growth mindset with a strong partnership orientation
- Strong self-awareness and collaborative leadership tendencies
- Clear and effective communicator with emphasis on partner coordination
- Lives out the Woven Care Core Values and Mission Statement in everyday interactions
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in shared leadership roles
Compensation:
- Salary/Exempt
- $75,000-$98,000/year (discipline, and experience-dependent)
- Performance-based bonus
