Compensation and benefits:
- Salary: $85,000 - $112,000/year + signing bonus
- Monthly productivity bonus up to $750 ($9,000/year)
- Comprehensive medical/dental/vision, 401(k) matching
- Annual CEU reimbursement

Requirements:
- Master's degree in ABA or related field
- BCBA® Certification
- 2+ years experience as a BCBA
- BLS/CPR Certification
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client programming and supervision
- Provide clinical leadership to the ABA team
- Ensure high-quality service delivery
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
- Support parent training and engagement
