BCBA- QMAP Certified
Position Summary:
We are excited to bring ABA services to children who may require medication administration for the first time. As the founding BCBA for this project, you will play a key role in shaping a QMAP (Qualified Medication Administration Personnel) certified team, adding to our existing ABA model at Central East alongside experienced BCBAs and pediatric PT, OT, and ST providers.
This role is ideal for a creative, collaborative, and child-centered BCBA who is passionate about increasing access to care for those children who have medical needs and eager to make a meaningful impact from day one. You’ll bring clinical expertise, build strong family partnerships, and help lead a cohesive, transdisciplinary approach to supporting young learners.
Compensation and benefits:
- Salary: $75,000 - $95,000/year
- Signing and relocation bonuses up to $10,000
- Monthly productivity bonus up to $750 ($9,000/year)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Clinical Leadership & Oversight
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices for children ages 18 months to 9 years.
- Conduct ongoing program reviews to monitor client progress and update programming based on developmental milestones and data.
- Provide high-quality supervision and real-time coaching to RBTs, ensuring fidelity and skill growth in a nurturing environment.
- Maintain QMAP credential and document medication administration records for patients requiring medication administration
Early Learning Integration
- Collaborate daily with occupational, physical, and speech therapists to ensure a whole-child approach to care.
- Engage in integrated play-based learning activities that align with developmental goals across disciplines.
- Participate in interdisciplinary case reviews, team huddles, and joint treatment planning.
Family Engagement
- Lead robust parent training to support generalization, collaboration, and progress outside of therapy.
- Empower caregivers through regular updates, strategy modeling, and co-created goals that align with family values and routines.
Professional Development & Program Growth
- Help shape the vision of our QMAP-trained program to serve children who are medically fragile
- Participate in leadership initiatives and contribute to clinic culture, innovation, and excellence.
- Maintain compliance with BACB supervision requirements and internal documentation expectations.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
- Master’s degree in psychology, behavior analysis, education or special education or related field
- License or BCBA Credential/Certificate
- 2-5 years’ experience working with individuals with special needs
- Background checks clear
- QMAP certification or willingness to obtain
- BLS/CPR or willingness to complete
- Approved Crisis Prevention training or willingness to complete

- Monday – Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
