At Woven Care, we’re seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Technician to help us create and maintain beautiful, functional spaces where children and therapists feel supported, safe, and inspired to do their best work.

With locations in Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Aurora, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our therapy clinics are clean, functional, and fully operational, enabling our care teams to focus on what matters most: helping children reach their full potential.

Compensation and Benefit Information

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks: light plumbing, electrical, painting, flooring, HVAC filter changes, and minor repairs 
  • Respond to and resolve maintenance tickets efficiently across multiple locations
  • Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and address safety or compliance concerns
  • Coordinate and oversee external vendors or contractors for specialized repairs
  • Maintain therapy clinic grounds and utility spaces (trash areas, HVAC closets, etc.)
  • Use a company vehicle to travel regularly between facilities in Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Aurora
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with safety codes, OSHA standards, and internal policies
  • Track work orders, materials used, and preventive maintenance schedules
  • Provide occasional after-hours response for urgent facility issues
  • Communicate with clinical staff in a friendly, professional manner around children, families, and clinicians
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

  • High school diploma or GED 
  • 2+ years of facility maintenance or general building repair experience 
  • Proficiency in basic repairs: drywall, light carpentry, plumbing, painting, lighting, doors/locks 
  • Strong troubleshooting, time management, and communication skills 
  • Clean driving record and ability to safely operate a company-provided vehicle 
  • Must be able to travel between Aurora, Colorado Springs, and Pueblo 
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use ladders or basic hand tools 
  • Basic computer/email skills to update logs and communicate with staff 
  • Bonus: EPA certification, vocational training, or prior experience in healthcare/school settings 

Schedule and Location:

  • Monday – Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST 
  • May require occasional after-hours response for urgent facility issues 
  • Based in Colorado Springs, CO – supporting therapy clinics in Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Aurora 

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use ladders or basic hand tools  
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer 
  • Must be comfortable with both in-person and virtual communications
