Compensation and benefits:
- Salary: $90,000 - $120,000/year (compensation includes a $5000 lead increase and a $10,000 in-person differential)
- Signing or relocation bonuses up to $10,000
- Monthly productivity bonus up to $750 ($9,000/year)

Requirements:
- Master's degree in ABA or related field
- BCBA® Certification
- 2+ years of experience as a BCBA
- BLS/CPR Certification
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client programming and supervision
- Provide clinical leadership to the ABA team
- Ensure high-quality service delivery
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
- Support parent training and engagement
