Compensation:
- Hourly: $27 - $35/hour (based on experience)
- Pay-per-billed-hour: $42-$45/billed hour (based on experience)
- Signing and relocation bonuses available
- Performance incentives: Up to $9,000 annually

Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services to pediatric patients under PT supervision
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by physical therapists
- Collaborate with families, physicians, schools, and multidisciplinary team members
- Provide culturally competent, family-centered care
- Complete case management activities consistent with quality assurance standards
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in team meetings and care coordination
Qualifications:
Required:
- Associate Degree from an accredited PTA program
- Colorado DORA PTA license (or eligible to obtain)
- BLS/CPR certification
- Passion for pediatric care and collaborative practice
Preferred:
- Pediatric experience (new grads welcome!)
- Experience in multidisciplinary settings
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit 1-2 hours, stand/walk 4-6 hours daily, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
