What We Offer
- Salary: $78,000–$93,000/year, or Pay-per-Billed-Hour: $70–$72/billed hour, $90 per evaluation, $35–$36/meeting hour

What Your Days Will Look Like
- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to pediatric patients
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with families, physicians, schools, and your multidisciplinary team
- Provide culturally competent, family-centered care
- Complete case management consistent with quality assurance standards
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in team meetings and care coordination
What You'll Need
- Master's degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
- NBCOT certification in good standing
- Colorado DORA OT license, or ability to obtain
- BLS/CPR certification
- Pediatric experience preferred — new grads welcome!
Physical Requirements This role requires the ability to sit for 1–2 hours and stand or walk for 4–6 hours daily. Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds is required.
