Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Sign-On Bonus

3131 S Vaughn Way, Suite 110, Aurora, CO 80014

At Woven Carewe’ve intentionally built a culture that embraces challenges: we are both incredibly driven by clinical excellence while encouraging fun (we do work with kids after all!). We believe deeply in the day-to-day impact of our work while also providing opportunities for long-term career growth and leadership opportunities for our clinical team members. We offer real flexibility and manageable caseloads while supporting our team members and being truly collaborative on every case. We think this is what makes Woven Care such a special place to work and why such special people choose to work with us!

Woven Care has been serving families in Colorado for over 15 years. We are deeply guided by our core values and we pride ourselves on not just posting them on the wall but using them to guide every day decision making. We’re looking for new team members who are as passionate about continuous improvement, integrity, teamwork, excellence, and results as we are. If this sounds like you, we would love to meet you!

At Woven Care, you'll help children with autism and developmental challenges reach breakthroughs that families remember forever. We're looking for RBTs who want more than a job, teammates who want clear career pathways, hands-on mentorship from BCBAs, and a community that supports you through both the rewarding and challenging days.

What You'll Earn & Receive

  • $19–$24/hour based on experience
  • $500 sign-on bonus for all new RBT hires
  • Guaranteed 30 hours/week—no income loss from client cancellations
  • Tuition Assistance up to $9,000
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) with company matching
  • PTO that grows with tenure, plus six paid holidays

  • BCBA: We support RBTs pursuing master's degrees with internships and tuition assistance
  • OT, PT, SLP, or Healthcare Administration: We'll support whichever direction you choose

What Your Days Will Look Like

  • Support children with autism, ADHD, and other developmental challenges using ABA therapy
  • Bring treatment plans to life through hands-on, child-centered sessions
  • Collaborate with BCBAs and multidisciplinary teammates (OT, PT, SLP)
  • Track progress and celebrate breakthroughs
  • Work primarily in our clinic with occasional in-home sessions (training provided)

  • At least 18 years old
  • Reliable transportation Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
  • Passion for working with children
