Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Hybrid
At Woven Care, we’ve intentionally built a culture that embraces challenges: we are both incredibly driven by clinical excellence while encouraging fun (we do work with kids after all!). We believe deeply in the day-to-day impact of our work while also providing opportunities for long-term career growth and leadership opportunities for our clinical team members. We offer real flexibility and manageable caseloads while supporting our team members and being truly collaborative on every case. We think this is what makes Woven Care such a special place to work and why such special people choose to work with us!
Woven Care has been serving families in Colorado for over 15 years. We are deeply guided by our core values and we pride ourselves on not just posting them on the wall but using them to guide every day decision making. We’re looking for new team members who are as passionate about continuous improvement, integrity, teamwork, excellence, and results as we are. If this sounds like you, we would love to meet you!
As a Hybrid In-Home/Clinic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you're a key player in helping children learn new skills while addressing any behaviors that can be barriers to their independence!
Your day-to-day tasks involve implementing behavior plans in both the home and clinic settings to support the mastery and generalization of skills to support daily life for our clients.
Being an RBT isn't just a job – it's a chance for you to change lives while learning and growing in your career. Being in the clinic isn’t the final place our clients need these skills- they’ll also need them in their everyday environment! Join us on the journey to test the expansion of our service model to ensure we can serve clients at every stage of their therapy!
