Lead RBT
As a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll play a crucial role in delivering that mission by providing direct support to clients, supervising fellow RBTs, and ensuring high-quality care through skill development and behavior reduction interventions.

Day-to-Day Job Responsibilities:
- Go to person for questions (from other RBTs or BTs)
- Ask clinical, policy questions, any random clinic question (may have to refer to the BCBA)
- Take notes in the morning huddle and post to ABA channel
- Prioritized for admin time with cancellations etc.
- With admin time:
- Training
- Session notes
- Sometimes PIRs (if you are in program for BCBA)
- Delegate admin tasks to other RBTs/BTs who have admin time (making stimuli etc.)
- Support other clinics (travel to and substitute there) with coverage when needed.
- With admin time:
The Lead RBT will provide exceptional clinical services to clients and their families, to ensure optimal progress.
- Demonstrate high treatment integrity across all programming implementations, including both skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
- Focus on collaboration and communication with ABA team members and other Interdisciplinary service providers, to ensure the mastery, generalization, and maintenance of skills.
- Demonstrate high treatment integrity scores (i.e., >90%)
- Demonstrate accurate data collection, including Inter Observer Agreement (IOA)
- Ensure client documents and materials are organized, accessible, and in compliance with expectations
- Respond appropriately to feedback as indicated in the RBT competency assessment and apply feedback in a timely manner to continually provide exceptional services to clients.
- Demonstrate effective communication and professional interpersonal skills to facilitate effective therapeutic rapport with families and a team-oriented model with other service providers and team members.
- Complete all clinical documentation correctly and in a timely manner to facilitate effective client care. Conduct skill acquisition and behavior reduction assessments under the supervision of the BCBAs

Qualification:
- Minimum of a HS Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or a related field such as Education or Speech Therapy is preferred.
- Employed at Woven Care for at least 6 months in an RBT role.
- Teammate not been placed on a coaching or corrective action plan in the past 6 months.
- RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification is required.
Physical Requirements:
The job requires the ability to sit for 1-2 hours and stand or walk for 4-6 hours daily. It involves frequent bending and occasionally carrying, lifting, pulling, pushing, and reaching, each up to one-third of the time. Precise motor function with both hands is needed, and lifting up to 50 pounds may be required up to one-third of the time.
