Cloud Hub Compliance Officer

As we continue this journey we are looking for a dedicated compliance officer to enable Cloud Hub's ability to support compliance of hosted and supported workloads
What you'll be doing:
- Manage the performance of compliance reviews across Cloud Hub processes to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal policies.
- Create, assess, implement, maintain, and improve Cloud Hub processes, procedures, and policies to satisfy compliance controls.
- Own the Cloud Hub Risks and Issues management process on a weekly and monthly basis, aligning them with the global risk register.
- Work closely with the WPP Risks and Compliance team and serving as the primary point of contact for both internal and external auditors.
- Facilitate audit meetings and stakeholder mapping, gathering evidence, validating it, and uploading or sharing it with auditors for review.
- Create and maintain accurate compliance documentation across all principle controls.
- Facilitate process documentation creation and updates for processes linked to Cloud Hub operations and other teams
What you'll need:
- Bachelor degree in business administration or similar/equivalent practical experience
- Proven experience in a compliance role, preferably in the Cloud infrastructure space
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining documents and records
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex compliance concepts to diverse audience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and establish positive working relationship across various department and stakeholders at all levels.
Preference:
- Knowledge and experience in Cloud Technologies and related compliance frameworks
- Previous experience in implementation access controls
- Tools: Confluence, Jira, SNOW
