This team will play a crucial role in enabling the ongoing transformation of our agencies and functions.
We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our Advanced Analytics team, with a strong focus in the application of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing Machine Learning models as well as Generative AI solutions. You will work closely with corporate stakeholders as well as with Data Engineers and Data Analysts to ensure our AI applications are robust, scalable, and impactful. The Advanced Analytics team seats under the Head office Data team based in London, which oversights corporate business data. This position will be based in our Madrid office, but you will collaborate with our global team on a daily basis.
What you'll be doing:
- Developing GenAI & Machine Learning solutions to solve complex business problems.
- Testing new state-of-the-art models for multiple use cases (summarisation, classification, chatbots…). Research new methods and techniques in AI/ML to improve processes and methodologies.
- Evaluating, fine-tuning, and optimizing existing LLM solutions and improve the output quality with more efficient methods.
- Assessing models’ performance in production and report on development status, identify risk areas, and support the wider EDG team in identifying cost-efficient solutions leveraging GenAI models.
- Performing statistical analysis on existing and new datasets to help SME stakeholders identify areas for improvement.
- Presenting technical solutions and findings to non-technical stakeholders successfully.
What you'll need:
- Experience building GenAI solutions with LLMs and familiarity with both open source and Proprietary LLMs.
- Advanced LLMs knowledge including prompt engineering, model optimization, and building knowledge databases.
- Experience with common Machine Learning frameworks and methods and developing business-oriented data solutions (e.g., data mining, process optimisation, predictive modelling).
- NLP models and techniques.
- Experience working on the data lifecycle of multidisciplinary projects: from dataset creation and EDA to building production-ready pipelines for AI/ML projects.
- Previous experience with Databricks for developing and managing machine learning workflows.
