We're seeking a passionate and collaborative Implementation Manager to orchestrate the seamless implementation of cutting-edge media and finance systems across the globe. You'll be a vital connector, collaborating closely with stakeholders across GroupM and its agencies to ensure smooth rollout and enthusiastic adoption. Your leadership will be instrumental in maximizing the impact of our technology investments, driving efficiency, and unlocking exciting new capabilities.

Reporting to the Media Systems Lead, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, shaping the future of media technology at GroupM.

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Guiding the implementation of Media Central and other transformative media and finance systems.
  • Championing alignment between market and business unit practices with global standards.
    Contributing your expertise to technical discussions and shape the implementation model.
  • Leading and inspiring a diverse team of Regional Implementation Managers across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM.
  • Overseeing Business Analysis, QA, Cutover, and Data Migration for seamless market system implementation.
  • Partnering with the vendor team to ensure project milestones are met with excellence.
  • Conducting insightful post-implementation reviews with local project and vendor teams.
  • Collaborating with the Product Team to enhance platform design and functionality.
  • Ensuring a smooth transition by working closely with support teams, end-user groups, and all stakeholders.
  • Providing regular updates to the Media Systems Lead on implementation progress, addressing any issues, risks, and changes.
  • Facilitating Media Central superuser forums to address immediate business needs, ensure contracting aligns with the Global agreement, and promote reusable solutions and workflows.
  • Serving as the central point of coordination between local market teams and the global team.
  • Managing Media Central Operations, including maintenance, upgrades, security reviews, and audits.
  • Undertaking super-admin duties as defined by the global platform standard operating procedure.
  • Actively supporting, participating in, and partnering with implementation management and change teams.

 

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's/master’s degree in Information Systems, Technology, Business Management, or related degree; or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Demonstrable experience in the implementation of workflow tools – (specific Dynamics 365 Business Central experience is beneficial but not essential).
  • Experience in digital transformation programs within large organizations will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge and experience in project management methodologies such as Agile/PMI/Lean.
  • Experience of working in a technical environment with APIs and Integrations, including API protocols and formats (e.g. SOAP, REST, XML and JSON).
  • Experience in business analysis, requirements elicitation, business process engineering, as-is and to-be mapping, BPMN, etc.
  • Highly organized, excellent planning skills with strong business change background.
  • Has sufficient credibility and gravitas, and ability to work with and relate to a highly demanding internal stakeholder base.
  • A direct, straightforward style, able to cut to the core quickly.
  • Excellent people and team management skills, able to manage upwards and influence in a complex environment (matrixed and across multiple physical locations).
