Why we're hiring:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Specialist to join our growing GM team. The Junior IT Specialist will play a crucial role in aiding the GM Team in executing our mobility programs across WPP and its agencies. The incumbent’s contributions will be key to improving the overall relocation experience for our employees, helping refine workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting Dashboards: Design, build, and maintain user-friendly reporting dashboards to visualize key data, KPIs, and performance metrics related to employee relocations. Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver impactful insights.
  • Process Improvement: Leverage IT tools to support the initiation, tracking and invoicing processes. Identify and implement improvements that streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks.
  • Market Research & Evaluation: Conduct research to identify relevant global mobility-related IT solutions available in the market. Evaluate their suitability, features, and costs to conclude which solutions align best with our team’s needs and strategic objectives.
  • Business Case Creation: Support the creation of business cases for the adoption of new IT solutions. Work with leadership and other departments to ensure that all necessary processes, budgets, and approvals are in place.
  • System Implementation and Integration: Collaborate to support the implementation of and integration of new software and systems that support relocation management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders such as HR, Finance, and Relocation teams to understand their needs and offer technological solutions to improve the overall GM experience.

What you'll need:

  • Previous experience (2-3 years) in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of various IT systems and tools (incl. strong proficiency in Excel, MS Office and process automation tools)
  • Familiarity with invoicing processes and tools
  • Ideally some experience with relocation management software or tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to analyze data and make recommendations.
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Very good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment, setting priorities and meeting deadlines
