Our Global CIO is leading a significant evolution of our Enterprise Technology capabilities, bringing together over 2,500 technology professionals into an integrated global team. This Team will play a crucial role in enabling the ongoing transformation of our agencies and functions.

To have responsibility for the provision of IDAM consultancy services, 3rd line technical support, directory onboarding, application integration and the delivery of strategic initiatives relating to our global IDAM platforms

What you'll be doing:

  • To provide IDAM consultancy services and 3rd line technical support to our CoE and global technical community.
  • To integrate applications into our IDAM service for the purpose of authentication, authorisation and provisioning where available.
  • To onboard user directories from new acquisitions and existing companies as required.
  • To assist in the implementation of strategic IDAM objectives in conjunction with the IDAM Architects.
  • To coach the IDAM technical support team to enhance their technical understanding.
  • To manage designated technical team members.
  • To maintain CMDB & Service Catalogue & technical artefacts relating to IDAM configuration items.
  • To participate in the IDAM Change Management process.

What you'll need:

  • Certified to Okta Consultant level or equivalent in another Identity product
  • An expert understanding of IDAM solutions, in particular: Okta, Azure AD, Active Directory, G-Suite, AWS.
  • Advanced understanding of SSO implementations including SAML/OpenID integrations.
  • A minimum of 5 years technical experience in IDAM support & implementations.
  • Experience of working with global teams.
  • Experience of working in large scale, high complexity environments.
