What you'll be doing:

- Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, cleanse, and analyze large datasets from various sources related to billing and accounts payable processes.
- MIS Reporting: Develop and maintain regular MIS reports, including daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends.
- Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI to visualize data and provide real-time insights into billing and accounts payable performance.
- Data Validation and Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used in reports and dashboards by implementing robust validation processes.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve data collection, reporting, and analysis processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Presentation and Communication: Prepare and deliver presentations using PowerPoint to communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the Billing and Accounts Payable team, as well as other departments, to understand their data needs and provide support.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of all reporting processes, data sources, and dashboard designs.
- Ad-hoc Reporting: Respond to ad-hoc data requests from management and other stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
What you'll need:

- Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in MIS reporting and data analysis with Team handling experience
- Excel Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with complex formulas, pivot tables, macros, and keyboard shortcuts.
- Power BI Expertise: Strong knowledge of Power BI, with a focus on dashboard creation, data modeling, and visualization techniques.
- Presentation Skills: Excellent presentation skills with the ability to create compelling and informative PowerPoint presentations.
- Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Education: Graduate degree required; a degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related field is a strong advantage.
- Technical Certification: Relevant technical certifications in data analysis or related fields are highly desirable.
