Your impact will be immediate and far-reaching, directly enabling our organization to leverage data for smarter, faster decision-making. Come help us build a data-powered future!

What you'll be doing:

As our Workday Reporting Lead, you won't just be building reports – you'll be empowering our organization with critical insights and driving data-driven decisions. Here's how you'll make a difference:

  • Strategic Reporting & Development:

  • Be the architect of our Workday reporting landscape, designing and developing a diverse range of sophisticated reports (advanced, matrix, composite) that directly address evolving business needs.

  • Translate complex business requirements into powerful, actionable Workday reports, ensuring stakeholders gain the insights they need to succeed.

  • Customize and optimize Workday standard reports, tailoring them to our unique organizational demands.

  • Data Visualization & Dashboard Leadership:

  • Transform raw data into compelling visual stories by designing and managing intuitive Workday Discovery Boards and Dashboards.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure dashboards effectively highlight critical metrics and KPIs, making data accessible and impactful.

  • Operational Excellence & Support:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Business-as-Usual (BAU) reporting needs, efficiently managing and resolving incidents, service requests, and change requests to minimize disruption.

  • Ensure the highest level of data accuracy and integrity across all reports through rigorous analysis and validation.

  • Provide expert training and ongoing support to end-users, empowering them to confidently access and interpret Workday data.

  • Data Integration & Innovation (Prism Advantage):

  • If you have the expertise: Leverage Workday Prism to integrate and analyze data from disparate sources, building robust pipelines that provide a holistic view of our organizational data.

  • Collaborative Partnership & Continuous Growth:

  • Work hand-in-hand with our Workday HCM, Financials, and Projects teams, understanding their evolving reporting requirements and delivering tailored solutions.

  • Champion continuous improvement by staying ahead of Workday's latest features and proactively suggesting enhancements to our reporting capabilities and processes.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the talent to translate intricate data concepts into clear, understandable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

  • A meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, accurate, and reliable reports.

  • The ability to thrive both independently and as a collaborative team member, adept at managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
