As we digitally transform our creative, media, and production workflows, this role is central to enabling our 150,000-strong global workforce to design, manage, and scale role-based, intelligent agents that support project-based delivery, automation, and performance at scale.
This is a unique hybrid role—straddling business, technical, and enablement domains—focused on empowering teams through agent creation, workflow orchestration, and defining a new way of working. You will lead coaching efforts, guide strategy for agent lifecycle management, and embed agent literacy and proficiency as core capabilities in our future operating model.

- Define reusable agent templates and modular agent components aligned with core project archetypes and business processes.
- Foster a global community of agent builders, enabling peer learning and crowdsourced innovation.
- Break complex workflows into discrete Agent solutions to allow Agent team composability and reuse, own the strategy to maximise re-use between agent developers
- Agent Lifecycle Strategy & Enablement
- Own and evolve agents through the Agent Management Lifecycle, from use-case discovery, data preparation, build and training, to monitoring, feedback integration, and retirement.
- Design a role-based agent strategy to ensure agents are contextual, purpose-driven, and integrated into end-to-end project delivery workflows.
- Embed in-platform learning moments, tooltips, and feedback loops to guide users as they create and iterate on agents.
- Behavioural Change & AI Adoption
- Drive behavioural change by embedding agent usage in daily workflows, shifting mindsets from manual execution to automated orchestration.
- Lead initiatives to reduce friction and increase time-to-proficiency through interactive learning, agent training guides, and micro-learning modules.
- Integrate AI literacy into onboarding and enablement programs, building long-term capability and confidence in agent-led ways of working.
- Strategy, Monitoring & Value Creation
- Define and track KPIs for agent impact, user adoption, and automation success—ensuring alignment with business and transformation goals.
- Build systems to monitor agent usage, effectiveness, and optimization opportunities across global teams.
- Develop and maintain a recommendation engine to suggest relevant agents and workflows based on context, behaviour, and project type.
- Surface opportunities for new agents to solve unmet needs and drive business efficiency and project agility.
What you'll need:
- Fluent in GenAI and LLM technologies, including experience with OpenAI, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
- Deep understanding of multi-agent systems, orchestration tools (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI), and prompt chaining.
- Expertise in data preparation, cleansing, and fine-tuning to train effective and context-aware agents.
- Experience coaching cross-functional teams—technical and non-technical—in the creation and adoption of AI/automation tools.
- Track record of enabling AI-driven automation in large-scale, complex environments, ideally within marketing or creative services.
- Strong knowledge of change enablement, behavior design, or training delivery within a transformation context.

- People-centric and naturally empathetic, with a passion for enabling others through technology.
- A great communicator able to simplify complex AI concepts and inspire confidence in non-technical users.
