Why We're Hiring:

Role Overview: This position is designed to provide essential analytical and operational support to the Senior Manager and the global Property Finance team. The role emphasizes contributions to global business case development, capital expenditure (Capex) tracking, the standardization of financial processes, and assisting in the transformation of the property cost category. You will play a pivotal role in influencing investment decisions and performance monitoring within a dynamic global environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Financial Analysis & Modelling: Support the development of global property financial models and forecasts.
  • Business Case Support: Collaborate in the development and refinement of global property business cases, ensuring meticulous error checking, accounting oversight, and comprehensive scenario analysis.
  • Capex & Cost Support: Monitor global Capex, analyze property costs, and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Standardization Support: Assist in the implementation of consistent global property finance processes.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations, and support compliance with IFRS 16.
  • Due Diligence: Contribute to financial due diligence for global property transactions.
  • Data Management: Ensure the integrity and maintenance of global property financial data.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Over 3 years of experience in financial or business analysis, preferably within the real estate sector, with global exposure being an advantage.
  • A foundational understanding or a willingness to learn about IFRS 16 and general real estate principles.
  • Proficient in Excel with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and a collaborative team player.
  • Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
