Why we're hiring:

WPP Open is our foundational platform unifying WPP's global network. It streamlines critical workflows, fosters collaboration, and drives efficiency and creativity across our diverse portfolio, shaping the future of marketing and communications. 

 

What you'll need:

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Process Design, Business Process Management, Strategic Design, or a related field, with a strong portfolio demonstrating work on complex enterprise platforms. 
  • Proven ability to apply systems thinking and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN) to solve real-world business and operational challenges. 
  • Demonstrable expertise in creating detailed process maps, workflow diagrams, and, where relevant, service blueprints. 
  • Strong capability in translating business requirements and operational insights into actionable process designs. 
  • Experience in planning and conducting various research methods (e.g., stakeholder interviews, process analysis, data gathering) and translating findings into design decisions. 
  • Proficiency with process modelling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Miro) and familiarity with design/prototyping tools (e.g., Figma) for visualizing user interactions. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly and persuasively. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative team environment. 
  • Experience in guiding or mentoring less experienced designers or analysts is a significant plus. 
  • Familiarity with B2B/enterprise software platforms and their unique operational challenges is highly desirable. 

Education: 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Process Management, Industrial Engineering, Design, or a related field. 
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, BPM, PMP) are a plus.
