The job:
To be the bridge between client and team. You’ll guide campaigns from kickoff to delivery, turning feedback into action, balancing timelines and budgets, and building trust through clear communication and seamless collaboration.
What you’ll do:
- Ask questions, make educated assumptions, own day-to-day execution, keeping projects on time, on budget, and on brief.
- Know the client’s business, how they work and what’s important to them.
- Translate client asks into clear feedback for internal teams.
- Share updates that cut through the noise and keep everyone aligned.
- Spot risks early and bring solutions before they slow things down.
- Partner with producers to drive asset creation, production, and delivery.
- Play gatekeeper, ensuring every piece of work that client sees meets our standard of excellence.
- Stay on top of budgets by tracking expenses and sharing clear financial updates.
- Show up as a steady, collaborative presence for your team.
What you'll need:
- 2–3 years of account and/or project management experience, ideally in an agency setting.
- A track record of running timelines, budgets, and deliverables without chaos.
- Skills to pull people and feedback together outlining actionable steps.
- Polished communication skills: clear, direct, client-ready.
- A problem-solver’s mindset: practical, creative, and calm under pressure.
