Why we're hiring:
As a People Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our employees and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations. Based in NYC, you’ll work closely with colleagues in both New York and Dallas, as well as our wider People team, reporting to a manager in London. You’ll need to be confident working independently, managing priorities, and partnering across time zones.
What you'll be doing:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in Workday, ensuring all joiners, movers, and leavers are correctly processed.
• Respond to employee queries received via the central mailbox in a timely and professional manner, escalating where appropriate.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience for new joiners, ensuring all federal forms and compliance requirements are met.
• Provide clear and accurate HR advice to employees, explaining policies and procedures and escalating to People Business Partners when necessary.
• Prepare and issue employment-related letters and documentation as required.
• Support ad-hoc HR projects as requested by the People team.
• Collaborate with HR Operations colleagues in both the US and UK, primarily supporting US teams.
• Identify and suggest improvements to existing processes to enhance efficiency and the employee experience.
What you'll need:
• Previous HR administrative experience.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience using an HR system (Workday experience highly desirable).
• Basic understanding of payroll processes.
• General knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills, with great attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritize effectively, work at pace, and meet tight deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
