What you'll be doing:
- Monitoring Workday integrations, keeping the integration lead updated with potential high impact issues.
- Ensuring incidents are clearly and regularly updated to allow successful handover to the next timezone taking over in progress incidents.
- Troubleshooting and resolving the most complex integration support issues in a timely manner.
- Maintaining integration support issue list with new issues found.
- Clearly document results/solutions as needed and updated existing documentation when necessary.
- Responsible for development and enhancement of integrations as assigned on BAU, potential for involvement in integration aspects of new projects from inception.
- Continually review integrations to make sure that they meet the highest standards possible.
- Accountable for maintaining up to date integrations documentation and diagrams.
- Engage positively with other IT teams and lead resolving issues across interconnected platforms.
- Working with business partners to gather requirements for enhancements to existing integrations and delivery of new integrations as requested.
- Maintain expertise on new integrations functionality/features/capabilities in Workday, wider industry, and technology trends.
What you'll need:
- Strong Workday integrations development and support experience with requirements gathering, analysis and solution design experience ideal.
- Ability to understand business needs & requirements and turn into clear deliverables.
- Experience of creating/supporting Workday integrations of multiple types: Studio, Core connectors, RaaS, EIB, Payroll integrations PECI/ PICOF, BIRT.
- Good working knowledge of web service technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, etc).
- Proficiency with XML, XPath and XSLT.
- Understanding of HCM/Financials functionality and Workday integration best practices.
- Any knowledge of Informatica would be an advantage.
- Excellent technical understanding of SaaS platforms including integrations, security standards and data.
- Ability to work with multiple external teams.
- Strong ability to work with other platform/product teams to achieve goals.
- Delivery and customer focused, with high energy and drive.
