Why we're hiring:

Quality Execution & Platform Integrity

As WPP ET undergoes a significant transformation to modernize ways of working and digitize experiences, the QA Analyst serves as a frontline defender of system quality. Reporting into the QA Lead, you are responsible for the hands-on execution of testing protocols that ensure the Media Central platform is robust, reliable, and fit for purpose. You do not just execute tests; you provide the critical data and insights that allow the QA Team to validate release readiness.

Market Deployment Support

The QA Analyst plays a vital role in the disciplined delivery of the Media Central programme across global markets (EMEA, APAC, and LATAM). Working within a complex, multi-market environment, you execute the testing strategy for enterprise-level ERP implementations, with a specific focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Your work is essential for ensuring that every market onboarding meets the rigorous quality standards required for a successful global transformation.

Technical Validation & Standardisation

Operating as a technical contributor within the QA Team, you provide the manual and functional validation for all quality-related activities. From regression testing to advanced API validation, you ensure a coherent and standardized approach to quality across diverse workstreams. By working closely with Product Owners and the wider project team, you ensure that every feature meets the "Definition of Done" before it reaches our users.

What you'll be doing:

Test Execution & Functional Validation

  • Manual Testing: Perform comprehensive manual QA testing, including functional, integration, and exploratory testing.
  • API & Regression: Execute detailed API testing and maintain rigorous regression suites to ensure platform stability during rapid expansion.
  • ERP Testing: Validate business processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring system behavior aligns with finance and media requirements. Defect Management & Documentation
  • Issue Tracking: Identify, document, and track software defects through to resolution using tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
  • Reporting: Provide clear and concise updates to the QA Lead regarding test progress, results, and any blockers identified during execution.
  • Documentation: Maintain high-quality test cases and test scripts that can be reused across different market deployment waves.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Team Synergy: Work collaboratively within the QA Team to share knowledge and ensure consistent testing coverage.
  • Cross-Functional Interaction: Liaise with developers, vendor teams, and market SMEs to clarify requirements and reproduce reported issues.
  • Best Practices: Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing routines and the adoption of modern QA methodologies.

What you'll need:

Technical Skills & Experience

  • QA Foundation: 2–4 years of proven experience in manual QA testing within an international project environment.
  • API Testing: Demonstrable experience testing APIs (e.g., using Postman) is highly preferred.
  • ERP Exposure: Knowledge of/previous experience testing Business Central / Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is a significant advantage.
  • Testing Techniques: Strong understanding of regression, exploratory, and end-to-end testing methodologies.

Communication & Competencies

  • Language: High level of English proficiency (C1) is essential for interacting with global product and project teams.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail and the ability to think logically through complex system workflows.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities across multiple implementation waves.

Who you are:

You're open: We are inclusive and collaborative; we encourage the free exchange of ideas; we respect and celebrate diverse views. We are open-minded: to new ideas, new partnerships, new ways of working.
