Why we're hiring:
Run WPP’s high-volume portfolio of team- and workflow-level AI solutions (known internally as the “Silver” tier) — agents that augment how teams work — at pace and at low cost, closing the gap that stalled the first wave of adoption, where most users never progressed beyond basic personal-productivity use. This tier decides whether the all-staff rollout is remembered as a genuine platform launch or just a licence add-on
What you'll be doing:
- Deliver 50+ high-value team- and workflow-level AI solutions end-to-end — initiation, planning, sprints, deployment and closure — running external delivery partners and progressively building citizen-developer and local-developer capability across the business clusters.
- Run agile delivery — roadmap and backlog, sprints and milestones, and a live RAID log (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies).
- Source the pipeline from the champion network and the persona workshops; facilitate discovery, formalise requirements and align scope and value; run the AI CoE’s scored intake review and prioritise the use-cases most at risk of being skipped — too complex for users to self-serve, but not large enough for the enterprise-scale track.
- Build on Copilot Studio and the M365 Agent Toolkit, with the appropriate governance (AI CoE review, solution packaging, a Dev / UAT / Production pipeline, evaluations, and human review at key steps).
- Own delivery quality — testing and user-acceptance coordination, agent validation (accuracy, bias and hallucination checks) and documentation.
- Support change and adoption — user onboarding, training, feedback loops and embedding agents into existing workflows.
- Track delivery throughput and value, and the path that promotes simpler personal-productivity use-cases up to team-scale solutions; prevent use-cases becoming stuck in backlog or built-then-abandoned.
- Coordinate with the AI CoE’s junior AI engineer (Copilot build coordinator) and local development teams to scale delivery offshore.
What you'll need:
- 2–5 years as a delivery PM (project, consulting, IT or data projects) with agile / workflow-automation delivery; ideally at least one AI/ML or analytics initiative taken to production.
- Good understanding of AI and generative-AI concepts and lifecycle — enough to talk meaningfully with engineers and data scientists.
- Working familiarity with the Microsoft Copilot product family — pre-built and shared agents, Cowork, Agent Builder and especially Copilot Studio and the M365 Agent Toolkit (the main build tools for this tier); aware of where governance and application lifecycle management apply.
- Comfortable running external delivery partners and a high volume of small-to-mid builds; strong engagement with business champions.
- Agile / Kanban delivery with Jira or Azure DevOps; basic grasp of AI-specific risk and compliance (bias, privacy, security, model monitoring).
- India-based for cost-efficiency and volume throughput.
Certifications (valued, not required): Scrum / Kanban or PMP / PRINCE2; Microsoft Copilot Studio / agent training.
