Based in Singapore the Senior Affiliate Executive is an integral position within Neo’s Affiliate team, working for some of the largest global brands helping them to drive successful partnerships & campaigns in Singapore and wider Asia Pacific. The Senior Affiliate Executive will be responsible for supporting the Account Manager for this brand whilst reporting into the Account Director & the Neo Singapore representative. The executive will work closely with the Managers from both an operational and strategic stand point to get up to speed as quickly as possible. We work with some of the world’s biggest retailers, so we are looking for the right candidate to join us to deliver exceptional service levels to these current clients with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Responsibilities:
- Support the accounts teams on a number of tasks including the following:
- Reporting
- Billing
- Campaign execution
- Platform management
- Pitch preparation
- Analysis
- Develop relationships with both teams, their clients and their partners.
- Have an analytical approach, the team uses detailed reporting and performance metrics to draw insight and make strategic recommendations to clients to optimize their affiliate program.
- Pro-actively approach and recruit new publisher partners.
- Help the team to build and deliver strategy alongside the client.
- Compiling and presenting results to the client.
Skills and Experience
- Analytical and numerate, with strong communication skills. The candidate must be comfortable presenting to groups of people including the team and clients
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Seeks ownership and readily accepts accountability
- Ability to develop strong internal and external business relationships
- Educated to university degree level
- No experience required but a keen interest in digital is a must.
