- Translate campaign briefs into tactical media plans aligned with brand goals and KPIs.
- Manage and own day-to-day planning tasks including media plan building, budget management, competitive reviews, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Search, Social, Operations etc.) and regional/global stakeholders to ensure best-in-class execution, reporting.
- Contribute to creative media storytelling and presentations for internal and client meetings.
- Proactively explore owned and external data sources or platforms (GA4, search trends, platform dashboards) to inform campaign design and optimize in-flight performance.
- Identify audience behaviours, content consumption patterns, and category/competitor movements to shape future planning.
- Partner with the Manager to evolve test-and-learn frameworks and derive learnings from media innovation pilots.
- Stay current on media innovation and consumer trends in beauty, skincare, and luxury across Southeast Asia, Korea, and the US.
- Support annual planning cycles by consolidating market intelligence and performance benchmarks.
- Serve as a point-of-contact for local market teams, proactively addressing questions, timeline needs, and escalations.
- Maintain a clear documentation trail of decisions, feedback, and changes to plans for transparency.
- Prepare and deliver post-campaign performance reviews, supporting the Manager in insight development.
- Oversee billing documentation, including PO management, invoicing, and monthly reconciliations across CAM and US markets.
- Partner with the commercial and finance teams to ensure timely, error-free reporting and documentation.
- Maintain accurate budget trackers and assist in reporting to regional finance stakeholders.
- With the Manager transitioning to an elevated role, you’ll be expected to increase independence in project ownership over time.
- Step up in select internal and external meetings when the Manager is unavailable.
- Help onboard new joiners or interns as the team scales further.
Skills and Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in media planning, ideally within a regional or multinational agency setup.
- Demonstrated experience in working on FMCG or beauty brands is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to extract insights from media performance data.
- Excellent attention to detail and project management capabilities.
- Comfort with media tools such as Meta/Google dashboards, Proficiency in using Powerpoint, Excel.
- Proactive communicator with strong interpersonal skills—able to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
