Main Responsibilities

The position will manage and supervise accounting and reporting team of GroupM Indonesia
Responsible for GL and TB activities of the company
Ensure that all revenue, expenses, assets and liabilities are properly recorded and reflected in the general ledger
Prepare, review and submit monthly, quarterly and annual reports to regional office on timely basis
Provide variance analysis of financial report
Prepare and propose monthly and annual JVs
Ownership of GL and accounting activates
Supervise expenses reimbursement and other payment activities
Ensure that all accruals, assets, debtors, creditors, expenses and revenue schedules are reconciled with GL on monthly basis
Ensure financial controls are effectively and efficiently in place relating to accounting and reporting activates
Liaise with external and internal audit and S-Ox reviews
Suggest design and implement effective and efficient controls relating to accounting processes, wherever necessary
Prepare monthly management reports for business reviews with additional information if necessary to help management to take appropriate decisions and action
