Main Responsibilities

  • The position will manage and supervise accounting and reporting team of GroupM Indonesia
  • Responsible for GL and TB activities of the company
  • Ensure that all revenue, expenses, assets and liabilities are properly recorded and reflected in the general ledger
  • Prepare, review and submit monthly, quarterly and annual reports to regional office on timely basis
  • Provide variance analysis of financial report
  • Prepare and propose monthly and annual JVs
  • Ownership of GL and accounting activates
  • Supervise expenses reimbursement and other payment activities
  • Ensure that all accruals, assets, debtors, creditors, expenses and revenue schedules are reconciled with GL on monthly basis
  • Ensure financial controls are effectively and efficiently in place relating to accounting and reporting activates
  • Liaise with external and internal audit and S-Ox reviews
  • Suggest design and implement effective and efficient controls relating to accounting processes, wherever necessary
  • Prepare monthly management reports for business reviews with additional information if necessary to help management to take appropriate decisions and action
