- Support the Planning Team in developing and presenting proposals using GOAT’s Brand AI Influencer Advocacy platform, based on campaign briefs from WPP Media Agency leads.
- Conduct research and analytics to generate agency-first insights, matching digital partners (publishers/influencers) through proprietary tech tools.
- Assist in creating Insertion Orders (IOs) and facilitate collaboration between GOAT, partners, and media agencies.
- Aid the Campaign Management team in executing campaigns end-to-end, managing timelines, and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Monitor live campaign performance, assist in reporting, and optimize against KPIs.
- Prepare interim and post-campaign reports.
- Contribute to creative brainstorming and support on-location video production shoots.
- Build fuller understanding of digital content planning and campaign implementation, from an end-to-end implementation perspective.
- Develop effective internal relationships with key stakeholders.
- Learn to support content strategy creation and campaign execution processes; and work across functions within the wider GOAT team.
- Gain exposure to the creative process, including pre-production, on-site, and post-production workflows.
- Execute campaigns from start to finish, aligning with client needs and KPIs.
- Assess and optimize branded content performance across digital formats.
- Fully grasp the systems and processes of the GOAT team from an integrated, cross-functional perspective, and proactively suggest workflow improvements.
- Take ownership of individual KPIs and contribute to team targets.
- Demonstrate strong passion for media and digital content, confidently supporting creative and production teams.
- Collaborate across the GOAT team to support integrated content initiatives.
- Learn about various disciplines and best practices in digital content and media.
- Apply GOAT’s Brand.AI proprietary platform insights to campaign proposals, based on briefs.
- Understand, summarize, and respond to campaign briefs, through a brand-first perspective.
- Recommend suitable partners and content formats with consideration to the set brief perimeters.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of campaign documentation.
- Manage multiple campaigns and partner requests efficiently.
- Review partner reports, extract relevant data, and share insights with agencies.
- Understand digital terminology for accurate post-campaign reporting.
- Independently evaluate current partners and recommend credible new digital partners that could enhance the overall content solutions deliverables, overtime.
- Currently enrolled in Advertising, Communication Arts, Communication Research, Communication Technology, Integrated Marketing, Interdisciplinary Studies, or related fields.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and project management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Team player who can also work independently.
